Instructions on uploading talks

LEADE uses the INDICO tool to have all presentations ready during the meeting with the shortest possible delay. We ask you to upload your talk prior to the meeting according to the following instructions:

1. Go to the respective LEADE agenda in CERN's INDICO system (for ex. by clicking on "Next agenda in INDICO, CERN's event management tool" on the LEADE homepage).

2. Click on "manage" on top of the page.

3. Enter the modification key that has been communicated to you.

4. The agenda now shows small red icons assigned to each presentation, the right one of the three is for uploading material.

5. Click on this icon to upload your presentation; you will need to log in with your NICE username and password.

6. Select material type "transparencies", enter the file location and click on "submit". An item can be removed by clicking on the red pen symbol.

7. After completion of the upload, click on "exit manage" (on top of the page) and log out from the system (top right corner of the page).
